Bill Schneiderman
Bill Schneiderman founded The Results Group with a vision of applying creativity and innovation to operational transformation for exceptional business impact. Building on his experience as an executive, consultant and university professor, Bill has built a reputation for delivering results in the most demanding business situations. Under his leadership, the firm has grown by combining a results-focused approach with an outstanding team.
The firm’s client list now includes many of Silicon Valley's leading established and emerging companies, along with selected firms nationwide. Bill earned his BA, cum laude, from Harvard College, Ph D in Psychology from The University of Michigan, and MBA with highest distinction from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Bill serves on the Board of the Marin Headlands Institute, a non-profit making a difference in the lives of young people by inspiring them to connect with nature through environmental education in the beauty of the Golden Gate Recreation Area. Bill and his wife Carla Schneiderman are also enthusiastic supporters of the Mendocino Music Festival and the Stanford Jazz Workshop.

Kevin Steele
Kevin Steele brings a wealth of experience to TRG, developed over a career working with companies ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar corporations. He is noted for combining a strategic perspective with deep operational experience as well as for bringing teams together rapidly in support of change. His expertise is concentrated in improving and transforming product development, manufacturing and supply chain, customer support operations, international logistics management and enterprise systems. During his consulting career Kevin has served in a variety of interim management positions, such as Chief Operating Officer, as well as various Vice President and Director roles.
Prior to joining TRG, Kevin served as Vice President and General Manager of Planning Systems for Business Engine Software Company, a supplier of project planning and management software and as a Partner at a large operations consulting firm. He is a frequent speaker and leads executive education seminars for the California Institute of Technology. Mr. Steele received his MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business and his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.

Mike Sulaver
Mike Sulaver is known for complete strategy-to-execution global operations and supply chain solutions, for establishing innovative outsourced partnerships, for leadership with a bias for action, and for producing results as a player-coach. His experience includes a wide variety of products, in operating environments ranging from consumer process commodities to high-tech one-of-a-kinds, in companies ranging in size from tiny start-ups to Fortune 50. Mike brings focused experience and background in semiconductor equipment, computer hardware, peripherals and software, medical device, consumer electronics, aerospace and defense, and energy industries.
Mike’s experience prior to consulting has been in Executive roles in Operations disciplines for Computer Access Technology Corporation, Wyse Technology, Altus and Rayovac. Mike received his AB Degree in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College, magna cum laude. Mike also earned a joint MBA and BE with high distinction from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration and Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth.
