Recent Client Results!

Faced with an urgent need to rapidly define and deliver expanded functionality in its next generation hand-held particle detector, this leading supplier of products and services to the semiconductor equipment industry turned to TRG for assistance in creating its product roadmap. Fast track delivery to take advantage of a small window of market opportunity of five months, was complicated by the requirement to coordinate between Pentagon’s three outsourced hardware and software partners who were located in diverse geographical locations and had not previously worked together. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, TRG quickly prioritized features. Then, in concert with Pentagon executive management, TRG met with current and potential outsourced engineering, manufacturing, and software suppliers to determine interdependencies, costs, risks, and timeline for development and implementation of each feature. TRG delivered the analysis and recommendations in just over a month that enabled Pentagon management to make a rapid and critical decision for the best way to move forward.
